BUZZN' Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BUZZN' platform (the "Platform"), including its website, mobile applications, and any associated services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. User Accounts

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.

  • Account Registration: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.  

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your information updated.

3. User Content

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you post on the Platform ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant BUZZN' a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the operation of the Platform.  

  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and its consequences. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.  

  • Impersonate any person or entity.

  • Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers.

  • Engage in any unauthorized commercial activity.

  • Use the Platform to collect or harvest personal information of others.

5. Content Moderation

BUZZN' reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that BUZZN' deems inappropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by BUZZN' and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. BUZZN' disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

BUZZN' shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BUZZN' harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

BUZZN' may terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

BUZZN' may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
